Rumours:
Lights in the Sky: This could be related to the floating lights that Team Sparkles had heard about in the Lower Tier. Need to investigate more to find out if it is something new, different, or more of the same.
Missing Mages: Eight powerful mages live in Brightspear. Of the eight, three have mysteriously gone missing. Only one has been "recovered". The mage was found in nine even pieces around the city. No real pattern to where the parts were left. The cuts of the body were clean and almost surgical, which leads us to assume great care and attention was given to the crime. Defiantly not the normal kind of disappearances.
